Monthly preventative maintenance on all laundry equipment pertaining to washers and dryers. We did not do the 100 lb washer as it was down. These services included Washers: Cleaned inside base, greased all washers, cleaned out main computer board by vacuuming, blowing out and used contact cleaner, disinfected all equipment with lemon disinfectant/virucide which kills germs and deodorizes. Checked belts and are recommending replacement of all washer belts on next visit 7/1/20.Dryers:Took apart all 5 dryers by removing the front panels. Cleaned, vacuumed and hand wiped inside dryers, took out all burners and power washed them. Cleaned lint from inside main panel, vacuumed and cleaned out computer boards by using contact cleaner and up on top and in the back of dryers. Checked temps on all dryers, adjusted airflow and gas mix in order to get the right temps.
