We have also been a supporter of CHEMCOR products. We service , sell, repair commercial dish-machines, laundry equipment new and used, water softeners, filters & mixing stations and complete full line of chemicals covering all of Arizona. LWC/wmc supports dealers, distributors & consults to the end users with installations & PM Service. We sell all parts new and used for all types of machines. We are authorized by CMA, Jackson MSC, Hoshizaki America, True Manufacturing  and  a sub dealer for Cpec Unimac and we service Alliance Products, Manufacture Rep for ChemCor Chemicals.

Dryer Clean outs

Monthly preventative maintenance on all laundry equipment pertaining to washers and dryers. We did not do the 100 lb washer as it was down. These services included Washers: Cleaned inside base, greased all washers, cleaned out main computer board by vacuuming, blowing out and used contact cleaner, disinfected all equipment with lemon disinfectant/virucide which kills germs and deodorizes.

Dishmachines (Warewashing)

Spotless results, shift after shift. We supply, install, and service undercounter, door-type, and conveyor dishmachines, then tune chemistry, temperature, and water quality for faster turn times and fewer rewashes. Routine deliming, preventive checks, and operator training help you stay compliant and guest-ready.

Commercial Laundry Equipment

From OPL to high-volume plants, we install and program washer-extractors, tunnels, and dryers for throughput and fabric care. Automated chemical dosing, cycle optimization, and utility audits help cut water, gas, and chemical use while improving consistency. Our PM visits and spare-parts support keep production steady.

Tankless Water Heaters

On-demand hot water that keeps up with service peaks. We size, install, and maintain commercial tankless systems—including water-quality conditioning and descaling—to deliver steady temperatures, higher efficiency, and a smaller footprint. Proper venting and ongoing service ensure safe, reliable performance.
